Ensinger has shrunk the lambda value

Large areas of glass, slim frames, high energy efficiency: BAU 2017 saw Ensinger exhibit insulbar and in so doing present the solution for delicate, visually appealing systems which simultaneously retain outstanding insulating properties. The lambda value of just 0.18 W/m*K means that Ensinger has succeeded, with the new insulating profile insulbar LO, in achieving a further reduction of around 40% in thermal conduction capacity. The secret lies in its porous, patented material structure. Several microscopically small, closed cavities in the core of the insulating profile provide the significantly greater insulating efficiency.

At BAU 2017 Ensinger is presenting a new insulating profile for metal frames of windows, doors and façades:  insulbar LO (Lambda Optimised).
