The insulating bar for metal windows, doors and façades

Windows, doors and façades in metal – and particular aluminium – are enjoying increasing popularity worldwide. At the same time, the demands made on thermal insulation are increasing. This is why energy saving windows and doors using double and triple glazing and insulated aluminium facades are standard in many markets – not only in the low-energy and passive house sector.

High-rise building facade vanishing perspective
The insulbar® insulating profiles integrated into metal frame designs bring about a thermal separation between the inner and outer shell, permit excellent thermal insulation and low Uf values, also in passive house windows.

The right insulating bar for every system

insulbar® offers solutions for all kinds of window systems, doors and façades in metals such as aluminium. The insulating bars are suitable for one or multiple-part window elements and for all kinds of window opening: rotating, tilt, tilt and turn, hinging and pivoting windows as well as all customary types of sliding windows, sliding doors and curtain wall façades.

To allow optimum adjustment of the insulating profile to the application required and to enable even faster, simpler installation, we offer application-specific further processed plastic bars, supplied ready for mounting.
