Changes to senior and divisional management 

Ralph Pernizsak now additionally in charge of the insulbar division

At Ensinger, a staff change is taking place at the top of the company: Dr. Oliver Frey, Managing Director and head of the insulbar division, left the plastics processing company at the end of January. The decision came in the light of differing views on the strategic direction to be taken within his areas of responsibility. The two Managing Directors Ralph Pernizsak and Dr. Roland Reber expressed their thanks, also on behalf of the family-owned enterprise’s shareholders, for the many years of work performed by Dr. Oliver Frey in a variety of capacities.

In addition to his role as Managing Director, Ralph Pernizsak will be heading up the insulbar division. Before moving to Ensinger eight years ago, Ralph Pernizsak held a variety of managerial positions, for example with the Technotrans group, in Asia and Germany. Three years ago he was appointed Managing Director at Ensinger.

The advisory board, the shareholders of the family-owned enterprise and the Management Board have emphasised that the insulbar division continues to be of key importance to the Ensinger Group. From engineering, compounding and extrusion through to finishing, Ensinger covers the whole value added chain in the field of insulating profiles for windows, doors and façades. insulbar combines energy efficiency and sustainability and thus also embodies the corporate climate strategy.
