Virtual insulbar Showroom opens for BAU 2021

Does it make sense to have trade fairs and events during the coronavirus pandemic? We are firmly convinced that it does and have got everything ready for you. When it’s time for BAU in January, we are inviting you to our virtual insulbar Showroom for the first time. Taking a digital yet interactive form, this will enable us to present our solutions for thermal separation in metal frames of windows, doors and façades to potential and existing customers and provide more details in a personal conversation. The location is irrelevant, so it all happens safely and in a way that saves time and money.
Virtual insulbar Showroom for BAU 2021 Instead of BAU: Ensinger is extending an invitation to its virtual insulbar Showroom from 11 - 15 January 2021.

At showroom.insulbar.com we will be showing you the highlights from our extensive portfolio. These include, for example, insulbar RE from 100 percent unmixed polyamide recyclate – for buildings that score points for outstanding sustainability. With insulbar LI from foamed material, we have improved the lambda value. And with insulbar shear-free we offer a profile which minimises the bi-metal effect in aluminium doors and ensures that, whatever the weather, the door can be opened and shut without jamming.

Innovations for sustainable energy efficiency

Celebrating the premiere with insulbar RE-LI. The innovative insulating profile combines the resource-conserving properties of insulbar RE with the energy efficiency of insulbar LI – making it twice as easy on the environment. The use of 100% recycled polyamide reduces CO2 emissions even in the manufacturing phase. Thanks to the superior insulating effect of the foamed material, the emission of the greenhouse gas is also reduced over its entire working life.

The insulbar RE-LI insulating profile consists of foamed, unmixed recycled polyamide for energy-efficiency which conserves resources Our greenest insulating bar: insulbar RE-LI combines the outstanding environmental footprint of a recycled material with the greater insulating effect of foamed PA 66.

With insulbar MIP, we are presenting a further new idea from Ensinger. The “Modular Insulating Profile” comprises basic profiles and also functional zones such as hooks, grooves or flags; these can be combined with the aid of a special joining technique into diverse profile geometries. Without needing new tools each time, it should be possible to make customised profiles even more easily and more quickly using this modular system (patent pending).

insulbar MIP is a modular construction system for manufacturing insulating bars for diverse applications in windows, doors and façades Innovative concept: Ensinger is presenting a modular system for insulating bars. Diverse geometries can be achieved quickly and easily without having to develop new tools each time.
