Successful entry into the Chinese market

For the first time, Ensinger presented its construction products insulbar® and Thermix® at Fenestration China in Shanghai (11 – 14 November) to a Chinese specialist audience. It was the culmination of many months of intensive preparation for the exhibition appearance and entry into the market. One or two obstacles laid in the trade fair team's path by official authorities also added a considerable degree of 'excitement' to the organisational side. The construction of the insulbar® stand was completed just five minutes before the exhibition opened its doors. "But the efforts were worth it", says Marnie Röder, Marketing Manager for Building Products. "We had lots of very promising conversations with potential customers. Our stand for Fenestration next year in Beijing is therefore pretty much already booked."

At the Ensinger stand there were a few things on offer for the trade fair visitors in addition to thermal insulating profiles and spacers. For example, it was possible to win an original football jersey worn by Thomas Müller covered with the signatures of all the German world cup team. And everyone who had ever wanted to get under the "skin" of a football world champion posed for a selfie behind a cardboard cutout of the jersey.

After a trade fair is also before a trade fair: Preparations for the next year are already underway. The insulbar® Team is looking forward to seeing you at Turkeybuild (Istanbul), Veteco (Madrid) and Fenestration China (Beijing) in 2016.
